He decided to lower the heating due to the pleasant weather, which I was completely oblivious to, being engrossed in my work. I received an unexpected call from the occupant below my apartment, informing me about a water leak from my unit. Turns out, my pipes had frozen and burst, causing significant water damage. This news hit me like a ton of bricks on the day of a crucial presentation. The property manager reached out to Titan Response Water Damage, and they promptly began addressing the issue in my unit. The water damage was extensive, with the need to open up walls and deal with scattered insulation. All this while I was miles away, trying to coordinate with my insurance company and appease my upset neighbors. I reached out to Titan Response Water Damage after our tenant reported potential mold issues due to a bathroom leak. We scheduled a date for their team to conduct a free initial visual inspection. Earl arrived promptly and executed his task very professionally. Unlike some other companies who immediately proposed expensive air quality tests over the phone, Earl offered a more reasonable approach. He assured me that he didn't notice any mold in the areas the tenant had shown him, and concluded that an air quality test wasn't necessary based on his inspection. The only area he couldn't check was beneath the bathroom floor. As I had plans to renovate the bathroom, I informed him that a contractor would be removing the floor, and he agreed to return for an inspection once the floor was removed. While Earl didn't perform any actual mold removal, I found his honesty and reliability refreshing. If we discover mold under the floor, I won't hesitate to hire him for the job. I'll update this review if there are any further dealings with Titan Response Water Damage. As it stands, they've earned a five-star rating from me for their initial service in Woodland Hills.
