Octopus Restoration is great! They went above and beyond my expectations at a very reasonable price. They responded immediately to my early Saturday morning call about water pouring from my kitchen ceiling from my upstairs bathroom. Ilan immediately started drying out my carpet. Over the next week they did everything necessary to completely dry out my condo. They really care about the customers they serve.

I met Ilan from Octopus and he gave me an exceptional experience. My house was under water and he efficiently restored my home leaving it looking even better than before. I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them to anyone in need of water damage restoration in the Los Angeles area. Ilan and team are the best. They are both fast and attentive. They handled a sizeable job of water damage and subsequent remediation that extended through many rooms, being so careful with everything from moving personal belongings to preserving what could remain intact like furniture and bathroom fixtures. The team kept the rest of the home protected, helped mitigate the spread of dust and debris and made sure all of the demoed areas were left clean and tidy. I would happily recommend they be used for any job big or small, cleaning up the aftermath of bad water damage, manage drying and everything in between!
