Outstanding service and superb quality of work. Brendan was incredibly amiable and accommodating, exceeding expectations to tackle my issues and provide recommendations. He even made the effort to rectify a flaw in my water pipe system that was not sealed correctly. It's refreshing to see a business that prioritizes assisting the customer rather than inflating costs and services. I was blown away by both Matthew, who conducted a mold inspection, and Brendan, who handled all the water damage restoration. I intend to engage their services anytime I require water damage restoration in Malibu.

Ross from DryNow Water Damage arrived exactly when he said he would to work on my water-damaged carpets in Malibu. He offered valuable advice on the restoration services I was interested in. I found him to be honest and reliable, which I greatly appreciated. The quality of his work was excellent and left me feeling satisfied. Even though he was unable to restore my love seat cushions due to certain circumstances, I'm still pleased with the overall service.

These folks are genuine professionals. With a multitude of businesses giving countless assurances, it's sometimes tough to trust that you and your loved ones will be properly assisted. Ross is a person who keeps his promises. He's professional, self-assured, sincere, and reliable. Overall, a top-notch guy who would be welcome at any gathering. He alleviated a lot of stress for my family and me when we had a burst pipe in our basement a few years back. The moment i walked into DryNow Water Damage's premises in Malibu, I could feel the welcoming atmosphere. Their entire team, including Ross and Matthew, was friendly and extremely personable. It was clear they functioned like a family, supporting each other. I strongly believe that when employees are so closely knit, they go above and beyond to ensure their customers, needing water damage restoration services, feel the same sense of warmth and care. By the time I left, i was convinced they would do whatever it takes to ensure client satisfaction.
