My team was exceptional from beginning to end! A pipe burst and flooded my basement, but the team was sympathetic, professional, and tidy. The initial team promptly brought in Maurice to halt the leakage, even though it was late on a Friday night. They efficiently pumped out all the water, cleared out the area and carefully wrapped and stored my possessions. Then, Connor and Jason came in and did a beautiful job restoring the basement. The cleaning team followed up with sanitizing the floors and returning everything back to its place. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. I would certainly recommend AFY Restoration Service.

During a flood caused by a severe storm, my house was under water. The swift response from a water damage restoration company was a real lifesaver for my property and furnishings. However, Jason got back to me almost instantly and brought his team as soon as the water levels dropped enough for safe passage. Their genuine concern was evident, and they put in extra hours to expedite the process. AFY Restoration Service provided an estimate for water damage restoration that was thousands of dollars less than what other companies were quoting. The process of finalizing the contract was made more convenient thanks to their online system and the helpful office team. When there was a hiccup with my credit union's payment, the office staff were understanding and diligently worked to resolve the problem. The AFY crew arrived punctually, even calling ahead as they had promised, and showed great care when removing cabinets and appliances to access the mold, which had sadly spread through the walls into several rooms. They kept me up-to-date with the progress every day. Dealing with mold can be a nightmare, but having it professionally cleaned up at an affordable price makes the situation less terrible. Furthermore, they provided me with valuable advice on products I could purchase and steps I could take to prevent future mold issues on my own. I am genuinely thankful to Connor, Maurice, and Jason for their assistance. They did an outstanding job!

Connor, Terry, Jason, and Maurice were outstanding! I encountered a significant water leak in my commercial property in North Hollywood on a Friday afternoon, and they arrived within an hour of my call. I was feeling anxious before they arrived, but they reassured me that they are experienced in handling these types of situations and would do everything possible to minimize the damage. They managed to bring in drying equipment that same evening and met me at the property twice to ensure everything was progressing smoothly and to take measurements for the insurance claim. I am so relieved that I reached out to them and that Connor was able to oversee this water damage restoration for me. It's a massive relief knowing I'm in capable hands.

Working with Terry was a breeze. In the past, I've had experiences with water damage restoration companies that were quite challenging to communicate with, or even reach. However, Terry is an approachable and easygoing individual, reflecting positively on his organization. In situations where people and insurance companies are dealing with significant losses at their North Hollywood properties, the process can be rather strenuous. Yet, Terry manages to simplify it remarkably, making it seem effortless. His exceptional skills truly streamline the entire process.
